The appraisal was hand delivered by Bill to the CRGNSA office=20
yesterday -- to be delivered to the county. Bob, you should have =
possession of that now.

As for the exchange agreement, because the county wants to =
reserve=20
access to the roads on the parcel, the FS legal folks will have =

compose descriptions outlining that in the Exchange Agreement. =

should be done by Friday.

As I mentioned before, Bill will be meeting with the financial =
folks=20
to make sure the paperwork is in order to make the monetary=20
transaction.

Lastly, there's the title review. The attorneys need to review =

okay it. According to Bill, it looks like we can have all these=20
things done (including having the money in escrow) prior to the=20
meeting of the Land Board.
