Montana House bill 212, titled "Require bicyclists to ride against
traffic when riding outside city limits", is scheduled for a public
hearing on Jan. 24

After reading the proposed changes to Texas highway laws concerning
cyclists I wondered how many cattle are allowed on the highway at one
time. Probably more than three.
