hello. i have yet to receive my license and i am wondering what is going
on. i also checked my records and noticed the check i sent has not been
cashed. i wrote the check on the 15th of decemeber and am sure it was mailed
within a day or two. should i assume that you have not gotten it or that it
was lost? please let me know, if possible, so i can put a stop payment on
that check and send another one.
