I have a friend looking for a small bike (mtn or commuter) for his
girlfriend for V-Day. She's 5'3" so a mtn bike in the 15-16" range would
probably work. I'm trying to get him to expand his cycling horizons, but he
said he doesn't really want to spend more than $100. If anyone has anything
that fits the bill, please let me know. Thanks
