that was an incredible amount of good advice. i have been using bits and

pieces from all. what a resource obra is !

how many keystone lights would be the equivalent of that liquor? :)

p.s. i still have some free shorts that have been used once e-mail me if you

need pics or want them. black large. pick up in bend or pay cheap shipping

to valley.

Don't sleep underneath an open window, and avoid changing body positions

while sleeping by pushing with your neck. 'Course it's kinda hard to

know what you're doing when you're sleeping.



Some orthopedic type pillows are helpful as well as they support the

neck better.



Also, in any acute case (like David's) it's best to avoid heat for about

the first 48-72 hrs.
