He's back. Today at Noon the North Plains police chief was
staked out in his patrol car watching the West Union/Glencoe
intersection. This is the spot where he recently ticketed a
couple of us for slowly making a right turn without coming
to a complete stop. At that time he stated that he was out
to crack down on cyclists. Apparently he's still at it.
Ride safely and save yourself some bucks.
