Central oregon mt. bikers beware. I beleive I spotted a ranger foraging for funds at phil's trail head. Should we tranquilize him and re-locate to downtown Bend(natural foraging area for parking tickets). I beleive he may have allready become acclimated to the funds, and with considerable homing skills could return. So maybe relocation to... oh I don't know,portland, would that work? I believe there is a lot of potential funds there. Or maybe we should reduce the draw by riding to the trail head.
