Sorry everyone,
I made several attempts to send out the start list that failed. Apparently
those attempts are now coming through. They are all the fisrt version of
the list.
I have made changes to the start list (mostly just the corrections people
pointed out) and will post the final list when I get back from the clean-up
at Alpenrose.
Sorry for any confusion.
