I have a friend who wants to commute to work and road ride for fitness.
Who knows....in a year or two she may be racing and sprinting for 65th
place! hehehe
But for now I would like to find a small road bike with a 47-50 cm frame.
Her inseam is 31" and she is 5' 2" tall.
I would like it to have road bars and 700 C wheels. Shifters on the brake
levers
are preferred. I would want to put full fenders and a Pannier rack on it.
Budget $500 maybe a bit more.
