Hoyer, Brooke
Well, the list does say that messengers (at least) are orthogonal to the list ...

The author of the list attempts to head off comments from offended
cyclocross racers. (Isn't that an oxymoron?)

Lon
Brooke Hoyer just told me that someone had posted a link to my site to
an Oregon Bicycle Racing Ass'n list. So, I suppose I can expect a
whole range of responses from cyclocross riders who got their feelings
hurt.
I told Brooke that I posted that on rec.sport.triathlon news group
(and on rec.bicycles.tech) about 7 years ago, and leave it on my web
site because people still link it. Change it as you like, but don't
violate the Unspoken Rules.
Please pass that along to the OBRA list.
Best Regards,
Rick

Noticeably missing from you list is Cyclocross racers.? Anyone
who rides single track on a road bike should rank higher then either
roadies or MTBers.
