Ride your bike to PSU for school, work, fun!!!
Please join us in celebrating Bike to PSU week with fun activities
and a
raffle, winning is as simple as riding a bike!
Ride your bike to PSU each day during the week of May 16th and
receive
our gratitude in the form of free breakfast snacks, Clif Bars,
coffee,
etc. Get information and giveaways from pro-bike organizations!
For each day you ride and check in you will also be entered into a
raffle for great prizes like bike co-op memberships, new helmets, PSU
water bottles, patch kits and roadside repair kits. If you ride and
check in every day of the week you will be entered in
our grand prize raffle for $50 gift certificates to the PSU Bike
Co-Op!
The cyclist welcome table & raffle check in will be located at the
PSU
Urban Center Plaza, from 7:30 to 11am Monday May 16th through Friday
May
20th. Stop by every morning for breakfast snacks, a raffle entry, and
to
visit with our great guests!
BIKE TO PSU WEEK EVENT CALENDAR:
Monday - The Bike Gallery will be on hand to do free bicycle
adjustments! Get your bike ready to ride the rest of
the week!
Tuesday - SHIFT will bring their famous Pedal Powered Smoothie
Machine
to campus...ride your breakfast!
- The PSU Cycling Club meets 5:30pm Tuesday nights at the
Information Center in the Urban Center Plaza.
Wednesday - The PSU Cycling Club will help staff the welcome table
and provide information to help you connect with recreational riding
and racing opportunities at PSU!
Thursday - The Bicycle Transportation Alliance (BTA)
makes Oregon a
better place to ride your bike, stop by to check them out!
- Join the Cycling club Thursday night for a casual ride
to some of our favorite eating establishments
meet in front of the Library at 5:30pm.
Friday - The City's Transportation Options Group brings free bike
maps
and goodies for PSU bike commuters!
- Join the PSU Bike Co-Op for our Social Mixer and SWAP MEET
Friday 5:30 at Food For Thought!
