We're growing and once again need fill a newly created position to support

our expansion! Team Estrogen is dedicated to meeting the needs of every

woman who wants to ride her bike in comfort and style. With women's apparel

sizes ranging from 2-28 (XS-4X), styles from sleek to baggy, and colors from

traditional black to vibrant prints, we provide a shopping experience

unavailable elsewhere.



The primary responsibilities of this position will be processing customer

exchanges and returns, as well as providing phone support for customers

placing new orders.



No specific experience required. However, the ideal candidate will possess

the following:



1) A passion for cycling.

2) Good written and oral communication skills.

3) The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

4) Solid basic math skills - some knowledge of basic accounting is helpful

but not required.



This is a FULL TIME position at our offices in Hillsboro (Cornelius

Pass/Cornell Road area). We are a short bike ride from the Quatama MAX

station and have secure indoor bike parking available. This entry level

position starts at $10 per hour with benefits, and the opportunity for

advancement as we grow.
