Apparently you didn't get the sarcasim in my email. The discussion was started to find out what people want out of promoters for prizes. Re-read the email and that's what it was about.

sucks, which is what started this topic in the first place.
You asked what people expect from race organizers? For people to get
their money's worth... Not to pay $55 for a weekend of race fees only to
have a botched tt & xc race because of fundamental race promotion
problems... Not marking turns...
