I just got off the phone with the Portland Parks
Department who received a complaint about "verbally
abusive bike racers". Someone apparently felt that
they were treated poorly as the peloton passed.
I want to issue a general reminder that we ***share***
Mt Tabor with other park users.
Our ability to rent the park for the Mt Tabor Series
is contingent on equitable use during the Mt Tabor
Series. Despite the fee we pay to use the park, it's
not an exclusive arrangement.
