We have spoken to Steve Johnson about this and can have collegiate and then

have OBRA fields at the same event. We of course will not be able to run

them at the same time.

extraordianrily surprised if the NCCA permit is approved. In addition to

the legal and political issues, which I do not have the knowledge to

meaningfully address, it will be very difficult to score prime sprints for

collegiates in combined fields.

March 31st - OSU Road Race



Categories: start times

Masters (35+) 5 laps: 63 miles               9:30 a.m.

4/5 & Coll. Bs*         4 laps: 50 miles               9:35 a.m.

Women (all Cat.*) 4 laps: 50 miles 9:40 a.m.

1/2 6 laps: 76 miles 1:00 p.m.

3 5 laps: 63 miles 1:05 p.m.

Coll. As 5 laps: 63 miles               1:10 p.m.



Course Description: Approximately 13 mile laps consisting of gentile

rollers and a one mile climb. Hill top finish!



Directions to Race Course: Heading South on Hwy. 99, 7 miles past

Monmouth turn right on Airlie Rd. Travel 8 miles and turn left on Maple

Grove Rd. Follow signs to parking in Pedee.

Heading North on Hwy 99, 10 miles north of Corvallis turn left on Airlie

Rd. and follow above directions.



April 1st - Lewisburg Saddle Time Trial



Start Time: 9:00a.m. with :30 second intervals between riders

Riders will go off in reverse omnium order

Start Order: Women (all Cat.*), 4/5, Collegiate Bs*, 3, Collegiate As*,

Masters,1/2



Course Description: Approximately 1.5 mile uphill time trial with good

road.



Directions to Race Course: Heading South on Hwy. 99, 2 miles N. of

Corvallis, turn right onto Lewisburg Ave. Follow road and turn left onto

Highland Rd. Look for parking signs by church.

Heading North on Hwy. 99, 2 miles N. of Corvallis, turn left onto

Lewisburg Ave. Follow road and turn left onto Highland Rd. Look for

parking signs by church.



April 1st - OSU Campus Criterium

Categories Time Start Time

Women (all Cat.*) 30 minutes 12:30p.m.

4/5 & Coll. Bs* 30 minutes 1:10p.m.

Masters (35+) 40 minutes 1:50p.m.

3 40 minutes 2:40p.m.

Coll. As 40 minutes 3:30p.m.

1/2 55 minutes 4:20p.m.



Course Description: Wide open, 4 corner criterium with good roads.



Directions to Race Course: From Hwy 99 or Hwy 34 (from I-5) enter

downtown Corvallis. Get on 4th street traveling South (one way) to

Western. Turn right onto Western and follow it until 15th street. Turn

Right on 15th and look for parking signs by OSU campus.



Event Fees: Road Race $20.00 Time Trial $10.00 Criterium $15.00

Collegiate: RR $15.00 TT $5.00 Crit $10.00

Registration:

Road Race 8:00a.m. (closes 15 minutes prior to category start)

Time Trial 8:00a.m. (closes at 8:40a.m. for all categories)

Criterium 11:30a.m. (closes 15 minutes prior to category start)

Racers who register for all events at one time will have a sign in prior

to race start



*Women will be scored according to field (1/2/3, 4, Masters, Collegiate

A&B).                          

*Cat 4/5s will be scored separately from collegiate B field

Scoring in all fields 15 deep (40, 35, 32, 28, 25, 22, 20, 17, 15, 13, 11,

9, 7, 5, 3)

Overall omnium winners in all categories

Awards for top 3** in all categories***

Cash prizes for 1/2 ($400.00/ omnium top 5) men, 3 ($200/ omnium top 5)

men and 1/2/3 ($400/ omnium top 5) women

Crit Primes (cash and merchandise)

This is an OBRA and USCF event. All OBRA and USCF rules and regulations

apply. Need license.

OBRA and USCF one day and year licenses available. NCCA sticker required

for collegiate.

Sorry that we couldn't include a Junior category, but Juniors are welcome

to race their ability levels ($5.00 per event)
