For sale: WOUND UP threadless carbon road fork with carbon steerer, 1

1/8 inch, for 700c wheel. Fork has low mileage and is in excellent

condition. Steerer is cut to 170 mm (6.7 inches) from fork crown to end

so, depending on head tube length, will work probably for bikes no

larger than 54 - 55 cm frame size.

fork. Briefly, the fork has straight tapered carbon legs with machined

aluminum dropouts, bonded to a CNC-machined, polished crown, with a

carbon steerer. The steerer has an aluminum insert and uses a standard

star nut. It has a retro look, and gives a very comfortable ride. The

A new Wound Up road fork costs $365 at Co-Motion. Asking $175, or make

a reasonable offer. Located in SE Portland or I can bring it to the

State Time Trial on Sunday, 7th Aug.
