The route is called the Willamette Valley Scenic Bikeway.

It's on the Oregon Parks and Rec website at:

http://www.oregon.gov/OPRD/PARKS/BIKE/WVSB_entire_route.shtml

There are 5 separate stage maps you'll need to print out.
