I need to set up a bike but I am terminally low on dough. Right now I have a single speed bike that I need to add gears to. It's a cross frame but this bike will be used more as a road training bike than on cross courses.



I'd like to purchase for a reasonable price such things as a front and rear derailleur, wheel set, shifters and breaks, and a seat.



I'd rather have a very high-end old set of derailleurs and shifters than newer, less quality made stuff, but I am not in a position to be too discriminate.
