~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Staged at the original '75 locale in the grass-seed growing region of
the mid-Willamette Valley, narrow and winding roads provide roadies with
a challenging course, with weather potentially balmier than the Banana
Belts, but also chancing wetter and windier than Paris-Roubaix!
Truly an emerald setting, some roads are merely elevated paths through
green fields, without clutter of fences or telephone poles. In the
past, some of the Northwest?s best racers, like Karl Maxon, Craig Undem,
Jason Hall, Robert Wilkins, Richard Kirby, and promoter/racer David
Auker have had their cake, and eaten it, too!
Rev it up!
