I'm still looking for a couple of cat 1/2 riders to help out at PIR tonight.



You would be helping coach novice riders in the women's race at 5:50 and/or

the open race at 6:00.



You would need to be there by 5:30. We will meet for ten minutes to discuss

what topics will be covered. Aproximately five minutes before each race,

I'll introduce you to the riders, you will have a couple of minutes to discuss

what you'll be working on, and then you'll ride the first 3-4 laps of the

race with your group, providing feedback.



Please let me know if you are available. I'll pay your entry fee for the

6:30 race, and if I can get you to commit to 2-3 races, I'll throw in some

sunglasses!
