I'm looking for one or two more volunteers to coach the cat 4/5 riders

at PIR tonight. I have four coaches who have confirmed they will be

available. We had five last week, which worked quite well.



You should be a cat 1/2 rider or someone with coaching experience. You

need to be able to get to PIR by 5:30 for a short meeting. You will

have five minutes prior to the start of the race to discuss goals and

technique with your group, and then will ride the first 3-4 laps of the

race with your group, providing feedback.



The cat 4/5 women start at 5:50, cat 4/5 men start at 6:00.



I'll cover your entry fee to the cat 1-4 race at 6:30.



Please let me know some time this morning so I can make sure we are

covered.
