For the record, I'm not accusing anyone of doping (all of you Bend riders
who have had their feathers ruffled included). I apologize if I made you
feel that way. I am merely sharing a news article with OBRA that I found
interesting because it is one of the first publicized sanctions of a rider
(Chris Sheppard) that was living, training, and racing in Bend (Pickett's
Charge and other OBRA road races) up until a week prior to the alleged
positive test. I don't know any first hand insider info. Just sharing the
news article. I don't have any personal vendettas against Chris. I have
ridden w/ and talked w/ him before and he seemed like a really nice guy.
