Even pedestrians are expected to obey certain traffic laws- and all
you have to do is walk to qualify as a pedestrian. Please do not
advocate for more licensing - you are asking for big problems. We are
all accountable for laws that we have not been tested for or licensed
for; welcome to civilization.

license for it?
You can't just get into a car and start driving. Why can you on a
bike, scooter, skateboard, farm tractor, etc...
Does anybody know how this is?
