Given a choice, I think we would all prefer to ride when the

and the air is warm. A warmer race date would have undoubtedly

If you feel so strongly about it... promote a race yourself.

Many promoters have enough to do promoting the races that are put on.

Actually, I request that every day from the middle of March to the end

of September be 75 and sunny. It may rain between the hours of 1 a.m.

and 5 a.m. however. Can anyone handle that?

Actually, this year's race had the best attendance of any of them. The

past races scheduled in the summer often had smaller fields. I believe

that is why they moved it.
