Actually, I request that every day from the middle of March to the end

of September be 75 and sunny. It may rain between the hours of 1 a.m.

and 5 a.m. however. Can anyone handle that?

I request that races be held every weekend from March thru September

under sunny skies and 75 degree temperatures...can you promoters handle

that?

This conversation started with a question about when the Silverton RR

should

be held...I was there this year in the cold rain, and attendance was

poor.

Given a choice, I think we would all prefer to ride when the roads are

dry and the air is warm. A warmer race date would have undoubtedly

produced a larger, more competitive and more profitable race.

Brian,

If you feel so strongly about it... promote a race yourself.

Many promoters have enough to do promoting the races that are put on.
