Speaking of bumps on the street: SW Humphrey appears to have some new
land-dividing bumps on the "big curve." Problem is, they are black.
Usually those things are bright and maybe even reflective. Weird. ??

going could you ask why ODOT, or the appropriate agency, does not
install, on the line that separates the bike lane from the auto lane, 3'
reflective rubber tubes say every 10 feet. Those kind that are already
installed for lane dividers. Just a thought.
