First let me say that bike recovery is one of the bike related community
services I provide as "The BIKE DETECTIVE". that said it is ILLEGAL to sell
something you found without (A) Contacting and or turning it over to the
POLICE. (B) Posting it publicly for at least 90 days. I have seen this bike
before and as we speak this e-mail is being circulated. If you are going to
take the good citizen approach and are really trying to return it to it's
rightful owner and not just looking to make a buck. If you need addition
