Alpenrose Thursday Night Series
6:30 pm to dusk every Thursday unless it rains
Registration starts at 5:00 pm
May 3rd to September 27th
The first two Thursday nights will focus on timed events: Kilo/500M TT and
then Pursuit. If sessions rain out the timed event will be held the
following week.
After timed events, all Thursday night racing will be mass start racing. The
first and third weeks each month will feature a single long points race for
each group. Other nights will have 3 mass start races for each group.
There will be a Madison every mass start night. The mass start races are a
mixed bag each night and can include races like miss-n-outs, win-n-outs,
points, tempo, snow ball, avalanche, unknown distance, paced-points and
scratch. After the first week in September, there will be only Madison
racing.
