Stolen rides showing up on Craigs List- question

This is awkward because I see what appears to be my stolen bike on

Craigslist...



A few flags:



-seller has incorrectly listed original msrp



-asking price for the bike, even used, is waaay below market..



-seller claims to have bought the bike in summer of '04, but by then

Giant was offering the Tcr 1 in a different color and slightly different

spec.



I've got the serial #'s and not sure how to approach this..



Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated...
