Clown House seeks happy, car free roomie, two rooms ajoined, bottom floor,

big yard, $350 a month, bike shop, costume shop, electricity and some heat.

laundry, band equipment and a well trained dog. No drunks, perps or perves,

no dogs or cats, children present, home school in operation.
