It is hard to find. If you do an "Open Search" and type in OBRA then

you can find it. Otherwise, here is the direct link to the 2006

membership.

Just FYI as it took me a couple of minutes to navigate the webpage

Easiest way I found to get to the registration page use the "Search" tab then the "Open Search" link type in "OBRA" and that will give you the option to the 2006 license registration after that just fill in the blanks and $23.50 later you are ready to race for 2006.
