Scott Peterson at Foot Fitness has made cycling orthodics for a bunch of people on the team, myself included. He will make the orthodic and do a bike fit. It's pretty cool. He hooks you up to a computrainer and you get to see, in my case, how ineffecient you are. Then he makes the orthodic and does the fit and you get back on the bike to see the difference. I really like my cycling orthodics.
He has also made walking orthodics for me as well. I just went back to Bend yesterday for some tweaking.

I am experiencing increasing problems with numbness in my hands when riding, to the point that I think I may have nerve damage. I even wake up at night with numb fingers sometimes. This may or may not be related to problems I have had with my elbows (and grip) for more than two years now.
Does anyone have any positive experience with or recommendation for a doctor and/or naturopath that might be able to help?
On a related note, I would also like to get some real orthotics to provide some needed arch support for my size 41 EE feet.
Ideas/Resources/Recommendations?
