this is OBRA a great resource for bike races.

OTLA is a great resource for lawyers.



I didn't really look at who I was sent that email to.



FWIW, I think the answer is no under ORS 742, once the denial is in

place, we have no duty to cooperate!

Do folks think that by denying coverage we can now

ignore the request for med auth b/c we no l! onger have a duty to

cooperate, or do we give them the med auth to comply with the policy?
