Yeah, but I gave up letting runners know I am "Passing!" or "On your
left!" if I see them wearing headphones long ago. I've literally yelled
at them from right behind them and they didn't move.
Of course, half the time, when you let someone know you are passing by
saying you are on their left, they look behind and to their left, which
actually makes them head toward you instead of away from you.
Of course, it's all really irrelevant, because no matter what mode of
transportation you are using, you own that road/sidewalk/path/trail/etc.
