Just a quick reminder that the second race of the Washington Sports Massage=

Team Circuit Races is this Saturday in Carnation. The Carnation Farms=20

Circuit Race was the favorite course of the series last year. This week we=

will have merchandise prizes for top-three courtesy of smartFUEL. Specific=

details below. See you there.



Saturday August 4th - Carnation Farm

Loop is just over four miles in length. Pavement quality ranges from good=

=20

to excellent. Visibility is very high from most points on this flat loop,=

=20

which will provide for excellent racing.



Registration: Day of registration only. Registration area will be clearly

marked at each race. Registration will close 20 minutes before the start

of your category's race.



Entry fee: $18 per race, or $45 for the series. Juniors are $10 per race.=

=20

Second race is $10.

($2 USCF insurance & $1 WSBA fee included)

(non-WSBA & non-USCF riders will pay additional surcharges)



Categories, Distances, & Start Times:

Masters 40+     20-25 mi*               9:00 AM

Women 4 20-25 mi*               9:05 AM

Men 3           35-40 mi*               11:00 AM

Men 4/5 30-35 mi*               11:05 AM

Men 1/2 40-45 mi*               1:05 PM

Women 1/2/3     30-35 mi*               1:10 PM

*Race distances vary between courses.



Driving Directions:

Carnation Farm (Race #2) =97 From Seattle take HWY 520 east to Redmond. Tak=

e=20

a right onto HWY 202, Redmond Fall City Road. Take a left on NE Ames Lake=

=20

Road and follow this road for about 3 miles. Ames Lake Road eventually=20

becomes NE Carnation Farm Road. From I-90 westbound take HWY 202 west to=

=20

Fall City. From Fall City take HWY 203 north to Carnation. Just north of=

=20

Carnation take a left onto NE Carnation Farm Road. From I-90 eastbound take=

=20

the Preston Fall City Road SE to Fall City. From Fall City see above.=20

Registration will be at the corner of NE Carnation Farm Road and 284th Ave=

=20

NE. 50 - 60 minute drive from Seattle.



The Washington Sports Massage Team, licensed, insured members of the

American Massage Therapy Association, will be providing professional

sports massage at each event. Twelve dollars for fifteen minutes. Fast,

efficient, pre- and post-race massage for athletes. Parent/guardian
