Don't forget The Lakeside Bicycles Monday Night Masters and Women PIR

race Series starts in only 3 weeks...so get ready!! We ended the race

series in 2000 with RECORD TURNOUT, so lets keep that theme going in

2001! So spread the word on this great race series - bring out all your

riding buddies/partners!

New and Exciting Features at the 2001 Lakeside Bicycles Monday Night

Masters and Women PIR Series:

-Each week we will flip directions of racing.

-Babysitting will be provided by the talented Miss. Mindy Murray. Please

contact me for more info and arrangments/scheduling. A 1 week notice

will be required for her to be available. Payments will be made and

arranged through her. Any Questions just ask me!

-Age Graded and Category Racing will be switching every month, with a

new addition in September of handicap format racing. See race flyer,

below, for more info on cats./ages.

-For this years race in an effort to be proactive in alternative

transportation, I have made arrangements to discount $1.00 off your

entry fee if you bike commute to PIR, in return that $1.00 will be

donated to the Bicycle Transportation Alliance(BTA, www.bta4bikes.org).

-Online Registration is available up to 3pm on each race day, see race

flyer for more info or www.active.com/cycling and search for "Monday

Night PIR".

-As a added note, and a pre-caution the in-line skaters have moved to

monday nights. They start at 5:45 - end 6:15, see their registration

area at race for more info.

-Don't forget WOMEN racers that your race starts now at 6:15.
