Maximum riders for event: 300-all fields combined



STAGE ONE June 21, 1:00 pm

Heppner to Ione. 74 miles for Pro 1/2, 55 miles for all others

Varied terrain: perfect intro to remaining stages.

STAGE TWO June 22, 9:00 am

Reitmann Grade time trial:

2 mile hill climb time trial.



STAGE THREE June 22, Pro 1/2 1:00 pm,other fields:1:40 pm?2:00 pm.

Ione to Fossil. 63 miles for Pro 1/2, 63 miles for all others

A roller coaster course with a finishing elevation 1600 ft.higher than the

start.

Pro 1/2 1:00 pm,other fields:1:40 pm?2:00 pm.





STAGE FOUR June 23 9:00 AM

Fossil to Heppner. 85 miles for all groups

A tough stage with nearly 4,000 feet of vertical climbing.





Entry fee includes two night accommodations

and showers at school gyms.

OBRA membership required for Oregon riders,

waived for out of state riders.

Oregon BAR point awarded.

Winner 1995 OBRA President?s Award for most innovative promotion.

Points Competition in Pro 1 &2 and Women fields.

Team competition for Pro 1 & 2



DIRECTIONS:

FROM PORTLAND take I84 east to exit #147, the highway to Heppner, Ione exit.

Then follow 74 for about 45 miles to Heppner. Expert to take about 3 hours.



FROM THE EAST take exit #297 off if I84 to highway 207 south to Lexington.

Turn left onto highway 74 and its 9 miles to Heppner.
