T&E Cycles Mtn. Bike Challenge on Saturday June 15th & 16th:
This year the snow pack is making it "not too Mtn. Bike riding friendly"...at least in the mountains. We are working on securing locations for Saturday's downhill and Sunday's cross-country, it for sure cannot be held at Skibowl. We have a permit to use the Pioneer Bridal Trail along Hwy 26 and well below Skibowl's elevation. Late registration will be held at Skibowl's Ski School from 3-6pm on Friday. There will be no organized training on Friday. Racers will be shuttled by vans/trailers on race day.
Saturday: 8-9:30am - Late Registration $30. For DH or $40. If your late!
9-11am - Training
12noon - Start
Another location is being researched and will be announced by Monday June 10th, for Cross Country on Sunday. There are two options possible
#1- 5 mile uphill climb replacing Cross Country event. #2- cancel and wait for the snow to melt.
Please send us your feedback so we can announce on June 10th the decision forJune 15 & 16.
