I dislocated my knee last november and switched bikes over the winter. I am

having a tuff time riding my new steep seat tube bike without knee pain. I

can ride my old bike with no pain. I have tried moving the seat back and

forth, up and down, tilting different ways, and new seats. I can not find

releif. can anyone out there (eugene prefered) help my get set up on my

bike? is it a science or luck?
