It's that time again. Time to begin planning our 2003 race season.



I first off I need someone to step up and volunteer to promote the 2003

rehearsal and road championships. This would be 2 races approximately 6

weeks apart on the same course. It would be great to host these events in

Eugene, Corvallis or Bend in 2003.



So not to cause any delay I will go ahead and format the race schedule from

the

attached forms, with the information you provide me.

In order for me to compile a tentative schedule I need each prospective

race organizers and/or clubs to complete the attached form. Please

complete

one form for each event you are planning on conducting in 2003.
