License and Category Notes - Read Carefully!
Elite and U23 Men:
For elite and U23 men, USAC International License is required.
U23 riders are age 19-22 based on your Dec. 31, 2003 racing age (not current
2002 age) per UCI rules.
The Elite/U23 race is a USAC national ranking event, awarding points to the
top 5 places according to USAC worlds team selection rules.
Elite/U23 race is a combined event. Rider placings will not be separated;
points and prizes awarded by finish order regardless of category, per USAC
policy.? U23 riders will be indicated in results for reference.
Cash prize schedule is according to UCI 1.3 requirements.
No one-day licenses available for Elite/U23 Men.? Annual licenses may be
available for purchase onsite subject to approval of chief referee.
Elite Women:
USAC domestic license is required (NORBA or USCF).
The Elite Women race is a USAC national ranking event, awarding points to
the top 5 places according to USAC worlds team selection rules.
Juniors:
USAC domestic license is required (NORBA or USCF).

All other categories:
All other categories (Masters, B, C, Non-Elite Women) require an OBRA
license. Licences will be mad available day of race. The fee for OBRA
licenses will be waived for those visiting and carrying a NORBA and/or USCF
license. One-day licenses are available at the event for $5.00.
Allow extra time for race-day license purchases.
Non-elite categories are self selected; no minimum category requirement.
CX Nats Riders note - International licenses will be required for all elite
cats (Men, U23, Women, Junior) at CX Nationals.
