The OUCH Series is a season long event comprised in 2003 of three Hillclimb
Time Trials:
The Bald Peak Time Trial (BPTT) ,
The Larch Mountain Time Trial (LMTT), and
The Oregon District Hillclimb (ODTT)
The BPTT will stage at the Laurelwood Academy campus on Laurelwood Rd. East
of Gaston, OR,
located approx 15 minutes from the entrance to Hagg Lake on Hwy 47 near
Forest Grove.
Cost will be $15 for pregistrations received by Lance Mail on the Saturday
prior to the event.
Final start times for those who have preregistered will be posted on the
Friday prior to the event.
Those racers need only sign in 30 minutes prior to their start. Day of
entrants must arrive and sign
in between 8:00AM and 9:00AM. Day of registration will be $18.
From Forest Grove take Hwy47 south to Laurelwood Rd. in Gaston and follow
the main road to
Laurelwood Academy.
From Newberg take Hwy 219 North to Bald Peak Rd. and follow it 5 miles to
the park. Follow
the signs and also take a look at the climb.
From Tigard/Beaverton take Farmington to the 219 intersection, left for 100m
then a right on
Laurel Rd. Take a right at the ?Y? onto Bald Peak Rd and up to the
intersection with Laurelwood
Rd. (right turn permitted without stopping). It is 2miles to the park from
here, but you can see the
climb as well.

to present a race for all types and
abilities regardless of the course venue.

5; Masters 30 ? 39, Masters 40 ? 49; Masters 50+; Women Cat 1-2-3; Women Cat
4; Women Masters 30+,
