The 2003 Rose Pedal Twilight Criterium.

Friday Evening, August 1st, 2003

This second annual event kicks off the week-long Bridge Pedal cycling

celebration, and is rapidly becoming one of the premier criterium races in

the Pacific Northwest. In 2002, thousands of spectators lined the downtown

course to watch this Friday evening race.

$3,500 cash prize list (minimum $1,500 in cash primes).

7:00 pm Women Cat. 1/2/3 45 min.+ 5 laps

8:00 pm Men Cat. 1/2 60 min.+ 5 laps

(If you are not a Cat. 2 or above male, or a Cat. 3 or above female- you can

come and watch).

Due to the technical nature of this course, there is a seventy-five (75)

rider field limit per category.

Directions: The Start/Finish line is directly in front of the Portland Art

Museum on SW Park Ave. Parking is limited to downtown streets, so riding to

the event is recommended if at all possible. Neutral wheel support is

provided, so leave your spare wheels at home.

Fee: $25.00- To pre register, send a completed OBRA waiver and payment to:

Club Vivo 4409 SW Dosch Rd. Portland, OR 97239

This event is held under an OBRA permit. Out of state riders will be issued

a free one day OBRA license.
