This is a totally inappropriate SPAM of the OBRA board and against PayPal's anti-spam policy. I would expect an apology and a restriction of posting privileges. Its difficult
enough sorting through the junk e-mail I get each day. To get it from a board that I subscribe to is unacceptable.
