OBRA membership is from January to December. 2005 renewals forms are not
available on the website as is the link for the on-line registration. If
you u are requesting a specific road number the policy is.
Renewals before Jan 1 will receive their previous number. After Jan 1
numbers are issued in numerical order. You should note the number requested
on your form or in the notes section of the on line registration.
