Hello to all Cyclists and returning Mudslingers. The race is less than

two weeks away and I wanted to let you know some things about it for

2005.

Ist OBRA and NORBA are permitting the race which means that the race is

a NORBA race and is also the State Championships for NORBA for Oregon,

and if any annual NORBA members race and are in the top 15 they will

qualify for the US Mountain Bike Championships later this year in

Mammoth Mtn California.

2nd, The only people required to have a annual NORBA license is Pro or

Elite(semi-pro) and those classes will be going at it for State

Championship medals. NORBA has waived the requirement for Experts.

But if you do want to compete for the NORBA state championships you must

have a annual NORBA license.

The course is in great shape and I have made the loop longer than last

year for all classes except beginner.Good bread and soup awaits after

the race.
