Mudslingers:

Thanks again to all of the 244 riders that attended the race on

Saturday with no Rain! Those who had to leave early and did not get

their medal, I will send them to you or If you will be at any race let

me know as I may be coming. One guy in particular had to leave to go to

work early and I need him to contact me. The results are being

corrected to reflect your proper cats as some people about 10% were

entered incorrectly into the database. I will have results for you to

check and give me updates by Tuesday or Wednesday evening at the

latest. Sorry for the delay, I want to get it right this time.

The race was very competitive in all classes and especially the Pro

Class with Carl Decker (Giant) Barry Wicks ( Kona, Les Gets) and Adam

Craig (Giant) all riding single-speeds on the 29 miles and 4800 ft of

climbing. For two hours these three chased and tore up the single track

for over 2 hrs side by side. At the end it was Carl Decker(Giant)

winning the race and the NORBA State Championship for the Pro Class.

Final Pro Standings top 4    Carl Decker ( GIANT) 2:05:23, Barry Wicks

(Kona-Les, Gets) at .09

Adam Craig (Giant) at .36 Eric Tonkin ( S and M ) at 1:05

and Mike Beno in third. special note to all the women that raced, way
