Important correction to Jim's earlier message...
The PIR MTB short track races will take place as planned on Monday
evening next week (7/25). There won't be any car races on Monday
evening, just a lot of movement on the race track in preparation of the
Le Mans series later that week. Mark Wigginton of PIR has assured me
that there won't be any problems to cross the track to get to the
infield where the MTB races are staged.
Actually, this might be the perfect occasion for all the road racers
among you to come and give MTB short racing a try. You can ride
whatever bike you like.
