awaiting.............

The first night of Monday night MTB racing at PIR was sparsely attended
but that did not lessen the fun for each of the participants.=A0 I'm =
sure
we will be greeted with much larger crowds once word gets out on the
nature of the race course and the action that took place last night.=A0
The course was a mix of some flat open sections, some single/double
track and a little supercross whooptido action.=A0 The course was just
technical enough for Ryan Weaver (of Gentle Lovers fame) to break his
$80 seatpost but tame enough to keep everyone out of harms way.=A0=20
=A0
Experts and Sports did 6 laps and Beginners, women and juniors did 4
laps last night- next week we will be adding 1 lap to each of the
categories.=A0 We will also be having refreshments for all racers and
spectators at the race next week.=A0=20
=A0
Remember the races are scored monthly (per 4 race series) so come out
and show everyone what you've got......
