Folks,

   Don't forget that cross clinics start this Wednesday night. How

often do you get to learn from people that have raced for the USA at the

World Cyclo-Cross Championships? Not very! So don't miss this chance.

   Instructors will include Erik Tonkin and Rhonda Mazza who raced the

elite races at 2004/2005 World championships in St. Wendel, Germany.

Also headlining the teaching staff will be Oregon District senior

champion and top northwest talent, Shannon Skerrit.

   Backing up these instructers will be a group of dedicated coaches and

racers that will provide as much help as you would like for improving

your form. All skill levels welcome.
